Sarah Butcher

Bio
Sarah Butcher is the Head of Compliance for Apax. She joined Apax Partners in 2015 and is currently based in London with responsibility for the compliance team globally. She is also a member of the Sustainability Committee.
Prior to joining Apax Partners, Sarah was the Compliance Officer at Nutmeg Investments, Head of EMEA Compliance at PineBridge Investments and Compliance Manager at Man Investments. She has also worked as a regulatory consultant at Deloitte advising a range of clients on financial services regulations. Sarah gained experience in UK regulation as an Associate in the Supervision department of the Financial Services Authority (now Financial Conduct Authority).
Sarah holds a BA in Economics, Politics and North American Studies from Leeds University.
