Bio
Michael Carajohn is a Principal in the Tech team. He joined Apax in 2021 and is currently based in New York. Michael has participated in key deals including MyCase / AffiniPay and Zellis Group.
Prior to joining Apax, Michael was a private equity investor at the Carlyle Group where he most recently focused on Consumer, Media, and Retail investments for the flagship US Buyout Fund. Before Carlyle, Michael was a TMT investment banking analyst at Barclays.
Michael holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
