Maira Chowdhury

Senior Associate

Bio

Maira is a Senior Associate in the Services team. She joined Apax in 2022 and is currently based in London.

Prior to joining Apax, Maira was an Associate in Oliver Wyman’s Private Capital practice, where she conducted commercial diligence for financial sponsors and strategics.

Maira holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford, where she ranked top of her year in Quantitative Economics.

"My grandad grew up in a small village in India, with limited electricity supply. His ambition led him to the big city of Delhi, where his ability to learn, adapt and grow both helped him make it, but also led him far across the world in his career as a diplomat.
