"Growing up, I learned first-hand the importance of teamwork through being a patrol leader in my local troop. My patrol was composed of scouts across various ranks and ages (12-18). We all understood that accomplishing the task at hand, whether it was setting up camp or running a donation drive, required everyone to pitch in – there was no pride in seniority. This experience has shaped how I’ve worked on teams throughout my career and is why “succeeding as one global team” resonates with me”
