Bio
Goksu is an Investor Relations Manager in the Investor Relations team. She joined Apax in 2023 and is currently based in London.
Prior to joining Apax, Goksu was a member of the investor relations team in Cromwell Investment Management’s London office. She previously worked as an Investment Banker at Barclays Investment Bank in London, advising clients on M&A transactions. In her early career, she negotiated construction and foreign financing agreements of public-private partnerships as a lawyer in Turkey.
Goksu holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in Banking and Finance Law from University College London and a Bachelor of Law degree (LLB) from Ankara University, Faculty of Law. She is a qualified lawyer in Turkey and speaks Turkish and Spanish.
