Bio
Andy Zhang is a Vice President in the Internet/Consumer team. He joined Apax in 2019 and is currently based in New York. His Apax deal experience includes Accurate Background, Openlane, Pickles Auctions, and WGSN.
Prior to joining Apax, Andy was a member of Morgan Stanley's Mergers and Acquisitions Group in both New York and Hong Kong, where he worked on M&A transactions across multiple sectors.
Andy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Columbia University in the City of New York, where he received a BA in Financial Economics.
