The sector teams work across our global network of offices, gaining leverage from our extensive in-house knowledge centres and our access to business networks. This enables us to evaluate companies quickly and move towards a timely completion. We are able to identify global trends within a sector and work with management to maximise the business opportunities that these present.

We employ a flexible investment approach to working with management and vendors and aim to align interests to the benefit of all. In our deals, management have a significant financial stake in the company. We are recognized as experts in our five industry sectors and are frequently approached by management and vendors who want to complete a transaction outside the broad auction arena.
